1. Day-to-day responsibility for site staff and all associated site activity in conjunction with Project Supervisor.
2. Ensure compliance of site staff with respect to Health and Safety, Quality, and Environment.
3. Ensure Company policies are always adhered to.
4. Ensure all site-related incidents are reported.
5. Work closely with Project Supervisor to ensure work is pre-sited and pre-planned when required.
6. Identify and react swiftly to resolve problems before they escalate.
7. Responsible for all Jetting & CCTV work completed on site.
8. Responsible for producing high-quality results, reports, and feedback.
9. Establish good relationships and communication, resolving issues and early resolution of potential problems.
10. You need to be flexible: we operate 24/7, so there will be early starts, weekend working, and out-of-hours work across the UK.
