About The Job:
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Production Lead will oversee all content production, ensuring high-quality creative work across TV, digital, social, PR, and branded content. This senior role manages external production partners, leads internal operations, and drives efficiency and excellence throughout the production process.
The Production Lead will develop and refine Omaze’s production model, balancing outsourced and in-house capabilities. This may include establishing an in-house studio for original content, enhancing storytelling, and deepening engagement with our brand and mission.
This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on production leader with a creative mindset and experience building scalable content systems.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead all aspects of production for marketing content, including TV commercials, ambassador campaigns, charity films, digital assets, and PR support
* Manage timelines, budgets, schedules, and resources for efficient delivery
* Oversee relationships with external production partners and vendors
* Direct internal production teams, including the Senior Production Manager
* Address production challenges promptly, ensuring alignment across teams
* Define long-term production strategies, including what remains outsourced or moves in-house
* Evaluate and improve processes, introducing new systems or tools as needed
* Foster a high-performance culture focused on quality and speed
* Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Social, and Growth teams to align production with marketing goals
* Develop a strategic framework for an in-house studio producing original content for platforms like YouTube
* Shape content that extends beyond campaigns, including behind-the-scenes, presenter-led formats, and charity features
* Plan resources, pilot workflows, and test scalable content formats to build long-term engagement
* Identify opportunities for in-house capability to enhance storytelling and brand visibility
About You:
* 10+ years in senior production roles within creative agencies, entertainment, branded content, or digital media
* Proven track record overseeing production from concept to delivery across TV, digital, and social platforms
* Experienced in managing large budgets, agency partnerships, and tight timelines
* Strategic thinker with experience evolving production models and building internal teams
* Skilled in balancing outsourced and in-house production with sound judgment
* Highly organized, solutions-focused, and operationally excellent
* Collaborative leader capable of influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Experience with regulated or compliance-sensitive content (e.g., charities or fundraising) is a plus
