Weâre recruiting a Graduate Building Surveyor to join our Oxfordshire team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across the full spectrum of building surveying services, including:
* Design and specification
* Contract administration
* Clerk of works
* Building surveys and dilapidations
* Tendering and cost control
* Site inspections and client liaison
Youâll receive structured training and full APC support, working alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors and recently qualified professionals.
đ€ About you
Youâll be:
* Educated to degree level in Building Surveying
* Well-organised, proactive and commercially aware
* Keen to learn and develop across multiple project types
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* A full UK driving licence holder
Experience or knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, NBS, surveys, project management or maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
