This is a fixed-term, part-time role (minimum 10 hours per week) based in Inverness. Select is the leading Apple Premium Reseller in the UK and Ireland with stores across the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities
* Showcase the full Apple product line in a customer-friendly environment and provide outstanding customer service.
* Engage with consumer and professional customers, offering friendly, knowledgeable advice and support.
* Learn about and communicate new Apple products and initiatives.
* Share product knowledge with team members and customers to drive sales.
* Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales and service performance goals while demonstrating a positive attitude and attention to detail.
* Gain knowledge in visual merchandising, product and service knowledge, and sales techniques with opportunities to advance.
Qualifications
* Aged 18 or over and have the Right To Work in the UK.
* A passion for Apple products and a demonstrable willingness to learn and help customers.
* Ability to work in a fixed-term, part-time role.
