Join Our Team as a 2nd Line Support Consultant!
Are you a natural problem‑solver who loves helping customers and working with innovative technology? We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and people‑focused individual to join our team and provide exceptional 2nd line support across our suite of applications.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a great customer experience by:
1. Providing 2nd line application support to customers using our applications
2. Handling customer queries electronically and over the phone
3. Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical incidents
4. Supporting account management and building positive customer relationships
5. Keeping detailed records of interactions and investigations
6. Monitoring system and security alerts proactively
7. Recreating and validating customer issues using internal guides
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business
9. Assisting with the rollout of new applications and updates
Qualifications

16. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
17. Able to obtain SC/NPPV3 Security Clearance (Higher Vetting is essential)
