Our client specialises in Structural Waterproofing and Ground Gas Protection is seeking an experienced Technical Estimator to join their growing team.As a Technical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and management of tenders, producing accurate project specifications, and delivering site-specific CAD detailing. You will actively engage with clients, analyse quotations, and ensure compliance with best practices. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and build-up of tenders. Scrutinise tender documentation and analyse contract terms and conditions. Analyse quotations for compliance and best value. Obtain prices for non-standard materials and services. Review client conditions and determine specific requirements. Produce accurate project specifications and site-specific CAD drawings. Attend client meetings as required. Generate quotations and project proposals. Work within defined quality assurance procedures.Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of CAD experience (essential). Background in quantity surveying (beneficial but not essential). CSSW qualification (beneficial but not essential). Organised, enthusiastic, and eager to develop within a growing company.
