What We’re Looking For Proven car sales experience, ideally in a main dealer or reputable independent A strong track record in delivering high customer satisfaction First-class communication and closing skills Driven, confident, and hungry to exceed targets A full UK driving licence is essential What You’ll Get in Return This is one of the most rewarding packages in the industry, both financially and professionally: £20,000 basic salary with bonus your realistic OTE should be around £50,000.
