Shift: Monday to Friday Days
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to work for a blue‑chip industrial manufacturing company within the heavy industrial engineering sector. The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will lead and support an experienced team of engineers to deliver the site maintenance programme effectively and efficiently.
The successful Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing planned preventative maintenance schedules, reactive maintenance activities, and breakdown response across the factory. You will play a key role in driving engineering performance, improving equipment reliability, and ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Non‑Negotiable Requirements
* Mechanical management experience in within an industrial manufacturing environment.
* Previous experience managing or supervising engineering teams within a industrial manufacturing sector.
Requirements
* Management Experience of Mechanical Techs or Engineers.
* Experience with engineering planning, compliance and safety.
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
* Mechanical Qualifications.
