Integration Test Engineer
to join their growing team in Northampton. The Role As an Integration Test Engineer, you’ll play a key part in implementing new automation systems and upgrading existing ones. Your role will involve designing and executing test strategies, from functional tests to full system acceptance on-site. You'll act as a bridge between technical teams and clients, ensuring that systems meet requirements and perform seamlessly in real-world operations. This is a
hybrid role, blending remote work with regular travel to customer sites for system commissioning and testing. You’ll be working with diverse teams, including software, controls, mechanical, and electrical engineers. Create and manage test strategies, plans, and scripts Lead commissioning and testing activities at client sites Support project delivery during early-life phases Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance and readiness Take part in design reviews to offer test and operational insights Desirable (Not Essential) Skills Degree or equivalent in a technical field Mechanical or electrical engineering qualifications QA/testing experience in automation or related environments Experience with automated warehouse systems and WMS integration Understanding of PLCs and sensor technologies in industrial automation What’s on Offer?
