The Role:
Applications Operations Analyst to maintain and optimise enterprise applications. This hands-on, mid-level IT operations role focuses on keeping systems secure, reliable, and performing at their best, while driving improvements across critical business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform system maintenance, patching, and upgrades following change management processes
* Manage user access: provisioning, de-provisioning, and reviews
* Monitor system health and proactively resolve issues
* Troubleshoot complex application incidents and perform root cause analysis
* Support business application integrations and maintain documentation
* Participate in security audits, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives
* Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
* Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to support high-performing systems
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years’ experience in enterprise application support or IT operations
* Knowledge of ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL practices
* Experience with application monitoring, patching, and access management
* Exposure to cloud platforms, scripting (PowerShell/Python), and performance tuning
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
* Experience in legal, finance, or professional services environments is a plus
