Our client, a leading FMCG organisation, is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead key delivery projects.
The programme focuses on consumer journey optimisation, omnichannel implementations, SAP & CRM integration, and data-driven reporting as part of a major system transformation, spanning digital and physical environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Own projects end-to-end, driving scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
* Lead system implementation with strong governance, PACE compliance, and agile delivery.
* Manage stakeholders, track progress, and proactively mitigate risks.
* Oversee project finances, including raising POs, tracking activities, and ensuring strict accountability.
* Deliver a 6-month implementation successfully across both digital and physical channels.
Key Experience Required
* Proven experience in complex systems implementation projects across digital and physical environments.
* Experience with SAP and CRM integrations.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
* Financial oversight experience and familiarity with agile/governance frameworks, including PACE.
* Omnichannel and digital background expertise.
* Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, etc.) is a plus.
* Positive, bubbly personality to fit a collaborative team environment.
This is a 6-Month contract opportunity with a hybrid working model (occasional travel to our client's London based HQ will be required).
