Talent Acquisition Manager - Specialist Hires and Projects at Pension Insurance Corporation

Role Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst to work within our Technical Delivery stream to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications or systems, based on business and technical requirements. You will work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to effectively plan and execute all test activities required to successfully deliver quality outcomes for IT software, infrastructure, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare test plans, test scripts, and test data.
* Execute testing in an appropriate, efficient, and methodological manner to maximize the robustness of software and system releases.
* Understand functional & Non-Functional requirements and software design to target test scenarios towards the most effective tests.
* Produce clear, structured, and useful documentation.
* Design, prepare, and execute a wide range of functional and non-functional testing approaches.

Requirements:

Exposure to compliance and regulatory frameworks, ideally gained within a financial services environment.

Technical Skills:

* Experience with Test Tools for Defect Management and Test Automation.
* Delivery of test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
* Experience with API Testing using Postman.
* Risk-Based Testing.
* Knowledge of Test phases including Unit, Integration, System, OAT.
* Familiarity with SDLC Models (Waterfall, Agile).
* Experience in CI/CD Environments.
* Ideally with experience using Katalon, Python.
