Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Warehouse Operative / Production Supervisor to join their team, working across both the warehouse and production environments.
* Location: Rural setting – own transport essential
* Wage: From c. £14.00 per hour, with flexibility up to c. £20.00 p/h for candidates with relevant supervisory and Health & Safety experience.
* Annual Salary: Up to £37,440 per annum (DOE - based on £20 p/h)
* Hours: Monday–Thursday, 36 hours per week

Warehouse Operative / Production Supervisor – Key Responsibilities
* Working within a mechanised production environment using natural materials
* Operating and monitoring machinery, identifying changes in performance or behaviour
* Packing, palletising, wrapping, and preparing goods for distribution
* Loading and unloading vehicles and moving stock using a forklift
* Supporting production planning and day-to-day warehouse organisation
* Taking ownership of Health & Safety standards and best working practices
* Assisting with machinery checks and maintenance, with training provided where required
What Our Client Is Looking For
* Warehouse or factory experience
* Experience within a production or manufacturing environment
* Forklift (Counterbalance) licence is essential
* Strong common sense, awareness, and a calm, practical approach
* Health & Safety awareness and or training experience would be highly beneficial
* Warehouse supervision, planning, or team leadership experience would be an advantage
