Join us as a Senior Workforce Management and Capacity Planning Analyst, where you will be an integral part of our workforce management team. Your role will involve forecasting, capacity planning, recruitment, and optimisation management. You will engage with senior stakeholders, including operational leaders, performance teams, finance partners, and business management, to optimise our workforce management toolkit and drive excellent outcomes for colleagues and customers.

This role may be based in Northampton, Glasgow, Liverpool, or Manchester.
Purpose of the role: To optimise staffing levels, forecasts, scheduling, and workforce allocation through data analysis to improve customer experience within banking operations.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage staff optimisation, forecasting, and scheduling based on data, business volume, and trends.
* Collaborate across teams to align workforce management processes and governance.
* Develop and implement workforce strategies, processes, and controls to mitigate risks.
* Identify improvement areas, recommend changes, and coach colleagues.
* Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate best practices.
* Participate in projects to enhance workforce management efficiency.
* Manage staffing schedules to meet business needs.
* Support operational readiness to meet customer outcomes.
