Job Details Role:DMS Business Analyst Work Model: Hybrid Location (if hybrid/office based): Reading, Swindon (2 to 3 days) Role Description A well-governed and structured Business Analysis approach for the DMS replacement project, ensuring alignment with the customer's delivery framework governance standards and reporting requirements. Delivery of business analysis deliverables to defined quality, cost, and schedule baselines, supporting business change and readiness. Improved visibility, control, and traceability across planning, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement and mitigation planning. Provide Debt Management System specific experience and knowledge to the wider team, bridging the gap between technical and business understanding and allowing knowledge retention within the internal BA community. Key Skills / Knowledge / Experience (Up to 10) Experience: 10 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on utilities / warehouse management / stock optimization / process mapping. Logistics Knowledge: Operational and organizational understanding of logistics processes. SAP Expertise: Good understanding of SAP business processes (including inbound, outbound, and internal warehousing processes) and SAP functionalities. S/4 HANA Knowledge: Familiarity with S/4 HANA, especially in the context of logistics and warehouse management. Presentation Skills: Experience in delivering presentations and training sessions. Language Proficiency: English. Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Experience working in multicultural and cross-border teams. Facilitate workshops and discussions to capture requirements, map processes, and validate acceptance criteria. Document and manage Epics, Features, and User Stories in ADO. Document the detailed "to-be" process in Bizzdesign using BPMN. Carry out Value Stream Mapping as needed. Key Responsibilities (Up to 10) Conduct end-to-end analysis of business processes impacted by the DMS project. Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives with operational needs through workshops, interviews, and document reviews. Maintain a stakeholder matrix to inform the team of roles and responsibilities throughout the project. Produce a plan for stakeholder collaboration and delivery of BA artifacts, informing the project team of engagements and target dates. Work closely with the Product Owner, Project Manager, Scrum Master, and delivery teams to structure and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritisation, and alignment with business value. Support backlog refinement and elaboration sessions with cross-functional teams.
