Job Summary
We are a well-established, family-owned, market leading manufacturing company based in Torfaen. We are currently looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic skilled Paint sprayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spraying a wide variety of parts.
We offer a competitive rate of pay, a four-day week, ever other week and long-term opportunities to progress through the company.
Overtime also available paid at time and a half weekdays and Saturday and double time for Sunday. (on basic pay)
Duties
* Preparing fabrications/manufactured components for commercial painting
* Spraying fabrications/components
* Masking & filling bodywork
* Setting up painting equipment
* Maintain an organised and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Requirements
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
* Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
* Great attitude
Hours of Work
Mornings
Monday – Thursday 06:00 – 14:30 (1/2 Hr Lunch Unpaid)
Friday 06:00 – 13:30 (1/2 Hr Lunch Unpaid)
43 hrs per week
Afternoons
Monday – Thursday 13:45 – 22:15 (1/2 Hr Lunch Unpaid)
35 hrs per week
