Document Controller
Location: Warrington, Cheshire or Bristol – Hybrid

At Cavendish Nuclear, we’re working to create a safe and secure world together. As a Document Controller, you will support complex nuclear and engineering projects by ensuring information is accurate, secure, and accessible throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
* Manage project documentation throughout its full lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Maintain digital and manual document management systems, including version control and secure storage.
* Register, track and distribute documents, ensuring all activity is recorded and auditable.
* Support audits and ensure documentation meets required authorisation and security standards.
* Collaborate with project teams to embed best practice in document control and report on documentation performance.
Essential experience
* Demonstrable experience in a Document Controller or similar role.
* Experience using an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
* Strong computer literacy across common office software.
* Ability to manage and report data accurately and in a timely manner.
* Strong communication skills with a proactive, collaborative approach.
Qualifications

Security clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard Baseline Personnel Security (BPSS) security clearance.
