Key Responsibilities
As Estate Manager, you will:
5. Work with tenants, land‑use specialists, conservation teams, and other partners to deliver progressive, sustainable estate management
6. Advise the wider property team on land-use matters and contribute to strategic decision‑making
7. Act as the main point of contact for tenants and stakeholders, maintaining strong, positive relationships
8. Manage the estate professionally and proactively, ensuring delivery against environmental, conservation, and climate‑related goals
9. Play a key role in the leadership team for the portfolio
About You

10. Strong knowledge of land use, agriculture, land and asset management, conservation, environmental issues, and sustainable development
11. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
12. Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
