Lead Care Professional
Location: Sheffield North (S35 2XQ)
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
Rota: 5-day week, 9-hour availability, alternate weekends and occasional nights
Salary: £25,350 - £26,325
Experience: Care experience required

Your Role as a Lead Care Professional
Deliver and uphold the highest standards of care.
Ensure clients receive person‑centered, high‑quality services.
Act as a mentor to Care Professionals, providing field‑based support and guidance.
Help improve care quality, ensuring our team is well‑equipped and confident in their roles.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a care role, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
A passion for supporting others and maintaining high standards of care.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A proactive and compassionate approach to care.

Qualifications
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
* Flexibility with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional quality of care. Experience in delivering services.
* Ability to coach and mentor care professionals.
* Administration experience is required.
