Being 100% independent, the practice has the freedom to invest in its people and equipment based on the team's suggestions. The Rota: Designed by the team itself! Choose between a 5-day week with varied starts/finishes or a fixed 4-day week. Weekend Balance: Work only 2 consecutive Saturday mornings in 6 weeks, followed by 4 completely free weekends. No OOH: Nights and Bank Holidays are covered by a local provider, and a strict "no client calls after 7pm" rule ensures everyone gets home on time.
