The Opportunity:
We are looking for an MEP Digital Engineering Design / BIM Coordinator to join the Crown House Technologies MEICA Digital Design Centre at our head office in Dartford.
Crown House Technologies, part of the Laing O'Rourke group, is a leader in digital engineering, delivering complex projects using BIM, DfMA, and offsite solutions. What skills & experience are we looking for?
* Contractor-side experience of MEP Digital Design / BIM Coordination and Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA)
* Knowledge of Revit plugins for Fabrication parts
* A first degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical / MEP / MEICA, or a related construction or design qualification, or an industry-recognized technical or engineering qualification (NVQ level 4), plus demonstrable experience in a design and construction delivery environment.
* Experience working with design consultant teams.
* Knowledge of a range of building materials and techniques.
