Pay: ÂŁ13.24 per hour + 10% enhancement for weekends

🧡 What You’ll Be Doing:
4. Providing sensitive, person-centred night support to individuals with complex needs
5. Responding to challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism
6. Promoting independence and life skills at home and in the community
7. Supporting with personal care, medication and safety checks
8. Keeping accurate records and following support plans
9. Working closely with your team and our Mental Health Lead for regular support and development
✅ What You’ll Need:
10. Experience in a challenging or complex care setting is highly desirable
11. A calm, compassionate approach
12. Confidence working independently on night shifts
13. A real commitment to making a difference
14. Willingness to complete full training, including:
Positive Behaviour Support
Autism & mental health awareness
Trauma-informed care
Forensic risk support
