The Mobile App Developer is a crucial appointment in realising this ambition, responsible for designing, building and maintaining applications for smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices. The Role: * Leading React Native projects from cradle-to-grave and taking responsibility for projects already in-flight * Building mobile applications using React Native, including designing user interfaces and implementing functionality * Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and standards * Ensuring application performance, responsiveness, and efficiency * Identifying and resolving bugs, conducting thorough testing, and ensuring code quality * Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in the mobile development process The Candidate: * Strong React Native experience * Strong understanding of mobile development principles and best practices * Experience with cross-platform development (iOS and Android) * Expertise in testing best practices and automation * Familiarity with CI tools and mobile pipelines * Ability to solve complex problems with clean, maintainable code * Experience with mobile performance, UX, and security * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Problem-solving and analytical skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious organisation at an exciting time on their journey with genuine opportunities for career development and progression, offering a hybrid working pattern after an initial office-based bedding in period.
