We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our teamas a Project Coordinator.The successful candidate will play acrucial rolein ensuring members of our thriving 'GrowAbility' allotment project are supported to engage with nature safely and meaningfully, acting as the \"bridge\" between horticultural tasks and member wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Member Wellbeing: Maintaining a constant overview of members' engagement and comfort during outdoor tasks.
* Safety & Risk: Conducting \"dynamic\" site risk assessments and ensuring individual risk assessments for service users are kept up to date.
* Safeguarding: Acting as the primary on-site point of contact for member dignity and safeguarding concerns.
* Logistics: Managing attendance registers and coordinating the support of volunteers.
* Supportive Translation: Translating instructions into accessible tasks to ensure members feel confident in the outdoor environment.

Requirements: Essential experience in supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism, along with a comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
