Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the team, ensuring high standards of care and support for all children.
* Plan and deliver activities that meet the individual needs of each young person.
* Maintain safeguarding and child protection protocols and support professional development.
* Ensure operational compliance and oversee resource management.
Qualifications
* Wide range of experience as a childcare practitioner, having managed teams within a residential setting.
* Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualification or a commitment to attain one.
* Put children and young people at the centre of all that you do.
* Full driving licence.
