A supportive and well-organised 11–18 secondary school in Lutterworth is seeking a History Teacher to join its Humanities department from January 2026. This role is ideally suited to an Early Career Teacher looking for a strong and structured start.
The History department has a clear, well-sequenced curriculum and a track record of supporting new teachers to develop confidence and consistency in their practice.
The role will involve:
* Teaching History across KS3–KS4
* Delivering lessons focused on enquiry, source analysis and extended writing
* Using shared planning and assessment materials to reduce workload
* Working closely with an experienced subject mentor
