Job Description:
The Regional Facilities Contracts Manager is responsible for the FM business in the UK, including P&L management and expanding FM services.
This role involves executing current projects, developing new business, managing teams, and ensuring standards across HVAC, generators, electrical, fire systems, and more.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing services to existing clients and expanding the client base.
* Creating quotes and managing service delivery through direct and subcontracted teams.
* Maintaining high standards of operations and maintenance.
* Leading a team of facilities professionals and reporting to the UK Business Unit Director.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record in managing hard facility services.
* Understanding of pricing and service delivery.
* People management skills.
* Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
* MIWFM certification or related degree is advantageous.
