Within this Employment Solicitor role, your duties will include: Managing and supporting the overall Employment team Running your own caseload of unfair dismissals, discrimination, redundancy, grievances and disciplinary matters Taking part in Business Development Initiatives Developing and maintaining a broad client network The successful candidate for this Employment Solicitor role will ideally have at least 7 years PQE, be confident in their own ability and be ambitious with their long-term career goals.
