Job Description
6. Design and execution of business process improvements to optimise sales and improve workflows
7. Introduction of scalable methodologies and implementation of their adoption
8. Identification of opportunities to maximise existing commercial relationships and potential new areas of development
9. Effective used of data to deliver insights to senior leadership to make informed sales and revenue operations decisions
10. Adoption of effective sales processes including opportunity generation, pipeline management and forecasting supported by CRM adoption
The Successful Applicant
11. Previous experience of working within a management consulting, professional services or SaaS environment
12. Demonstrable track record in sales/revenue operations improvement
13. Understanding and appreciation of the international financial services marketplace
14. Credibility, gravitas and excellent interpersonal communication skills
15. Ability to effect change and deliver transformation
