Year 3 Teacher Requirements • QTS and secure KS2 experience as a Year 3 Teacher. • Evidence of effective classroom practice and a reflective approach as the Year 3 Teacher. • A collaborative Year 3 Teacher able to start pre-term planning before January 2026, attend induction in January 2026, and teach as a Full-Time Year 3 Teacher from January 2026.
