Key Responsibilities
Change Planning and Execution Support
1. Assist in the development of comprehensive change plans, outlining activities, timelines, and resource requirements.
2. Contribute to the execution of change plans, monitoring progress and providing regular updates to the Change Manager.
3. Collaborate with the Change Manager to develop change impact assessments, analysing the effects of the changes on different stakeholder groups.
4. Support the identification of potential risks and challenges associated with the proposed changes.
5. Execute change plans, monitoring progress and adapting strategies as needed to achieve successful outcomes.
6. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate change management activities into project plans.
Communication and Messaging
7. Collaborate with the Change Manager in developing clear and tailored messaging for different stakeholder groups.
8. Assist in the design, development, and delivery of communications to manage expectations and build understanding around change initiatives.
9. Contribute to stakeholder engagement efforts, including coordination of engagement opportunities and communication activities.
10. Maintain and update stakeholder analysis and mapping under the guidance of the Change Manager.
Other responsibilities may include
11. Support in developing strategies to address and mitigate resistance, fostering a positive change culture.
12. Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver training sessions and assist in the monitoring the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for improvement.
13. Assist in the regular assessment and evaluation of the impact of changes, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
14. Assist in managing the change portfolio.
Essential Skills & Experience
15. Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable.
16. 1-3 years of experience in project management, change management, or stakeholder engagement.
17. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
18. Ability to work seamlessly within a cross-functional team environment.
19. Basic analytical skills to contribute to change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
20. Willingness to learn and adapt to the change management processes.
21. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.
22. Eagerness to learn and develop skills in a dynamic change environment.
23. Well-organized with attention to detail, demonstrating a natural preference for planning and executing strategies and tactics.
