Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager adept at delivering restructuring and insolvency assignments and cultivating client relationships to join our Restructuring and Insolvency team. This position focuses on leading restructuring and insolvency projects, managing client engagements, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients and directors on options and strategies in solvent, distressed, and insolvent situations.
- Leading a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases and collaborating with partners to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintaining and strengthening client relationships to ensure high‑quality service and strategic advice.
- Ensuring assignments are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
- Managing and developing team members, overseeing resource planning, and supporting career growth.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding networks of intermediaries and referral contacts, and contributing to the growth of the Restructuring and Insolvency team.
- Sharing technical knowledge, ensuring risk management, and maintaining quality standards.

- Extensive restructuring and insolvency experience.
