As Business Director / Client Partner, you’ll be the strategic lead across clients, and will play a key role in driving campaign performance, identifying opportunities for growth and mentoring a team to deliver best-in-class work which drives real business impact.
Your profile:
* Strong performance planning experience / experience of working on clients which optimise towards a cost per / ROI
* Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships at a senior level
* Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and execution across all channels
* Commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, contract management, and upselling services
* Experience of managing cross-functional teams
* A strategic mindset with the ability to challenge briefs, simplify data, and develop compelling narratives
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a strategic lead across a portfolio of accounts and build strong, consultative relationships with senior marketing stakeholders
* Deliver best-in-class performance and brand campaigns which drive genuine business impact
* Lead, inspire and support a team of media planners and client leads to ensure the quality delivery of media strategies and ongoing campaign optimisation
* Identify and activate new revenue opportunities through existing and new services
* Translate data and analytics into actionable strategies and stories
* Collaborate with planning, analytics, and digital specialists to deliver measurable outcomes
* Drive innovation and challenge conventional thinking in campaign delivery
