We are looking for a Guest Services Concierge & Workplace Experience Host to join our World Class, Hospitality Assured, and PFM Award-winning team in Edinburgh. This is your chance to support one of the world's most respected financial institutions in a vibrant, modern office space.
In this highly visible role, you'll be the go-to person for workplace experience, creating a welcoming environment for staff and visitors, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Your Day-to-Day
No two days are the same! Your responsibilities will include:
6. Creating a welcoming workplace: Walk the floor to support staff, maintain tidy shared spaces, and assist proactively where needed
7. Reception & guest support: Provide a seamless front-of-house experience and assist with events
8. Managing daily operations: Oversee mail, courier deliveries, stationery supplies, lockers, and kitchen areas
9. Point of contact for facilities issues: Log work orders, track requests, and coordinate solutions
10. Promoting safety & wellbeing: Report hazards, support fire procedures, and uphold Mitie's QHSE standards
11. Supporting the team: Assist with reports, audits, service delivery reviews, and cover holidays/training periods
What We're Looking For
12. A genuine passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, approachable manner
14. Experience in a hospitality, concierge, or front-of-house role is preferred
15. Confidence to follow procedures, uphold standards, and challenge service issues if needed
16. Proactive and detail-oriented – always looking for ways to improve the workplace experience
