Location & Working Arrangement
Office‑based role in the Hammersmith, London office – four days in office, one day remote (Monday or Friday).
Title
Manager, Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) Operations – AMP (Art & Metadata)
Responsibilities
* Lead the end‑to‑end management of Artwork and metadata for DTC titles on Disney+ in EMEA.
* Oversee creation, coordination and delivery of all required assets within the Art & Metadata pipeline across EMEA local Originals, Acquisition content, National Geographic and S ports.
* Manage project timelines, resource planning and cross‑team collaboration to ensure timely, cost‑effective production of digital assets supporting Disney’s Direct‑to‑Consumer services.
* Interact with internal and external stakeholders (global AMP teams, EMEA Creative Operations, territory Marketing teams, regional programming, Distribution Ops team, vendors) and play a key role in managing vendors.
* Build a high‑performing team, coaching and developing team members and ensuring timely completion of appraisals.
* Collaborate with technology teams to keep AMP systems efficient, scalable and user‑friendly.
* Create, process and maintain original descriptive metadata to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with industry standards.
* Work with the Senior Manager to develop the most appropriate vendor strategy based on performance, cost, capacity and expertise.
* Contribute to the creation of the annual Department Business Plan.
Experience & Professional Qualifications
* 4+ years’ experience in operations, including high volume distribution transactions in complex business environments across multiple markets.
* Experience managing a team is beneficial but not mandatory.
* Vendor management experience.
* Experience dealing with and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders across a global remit at a senior level.
