FP&A Manager
£55,000 – £65,000 + clear progression to become Head of FP&A
Some FP&A roles ask you to keep the ship steady. This one asks you to help rebuild and supercharge it.
This is a newly created FP&A Manager role in a fast-moving, PE-backed business with big ambitions. They're growing. Evolving. Investing. But they know their FP&A capability needs to level up — and that’s where you come in.
This isn’t a plug-and-play role.
You’ll join a unique business spanning manufacturing, sales and service, and help transform how they analyse, model, and drive commercial decisions across cost, margin, pricing, tenders, and profitability.

What you’ll be doing:
* Own and evolve the FP&A function
* Improve forecasting, budgeting and modelling
* Build dashboards, improve processes, and deliver better insight
* Partner with senior stakeholders across sales, ops and finance
* Influence tenders, pricing, margin analysis and cost control
* Help the business sharpen its commercial edge and decision-making
What we’re looking for:
A commercially sharp finance professional — likely CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified
Someone who thrives in imperfect environments — and loves fixing them
Confident with data, reporting, modelling and stakeholder engagement
An ideas person who enjoys business partnering, influence, and impact
Someone who’s ready to lead now — and grow into Head of FP&A soon
