A game for all... The FA is excited to be searching for a Women's National League Administrator to join our Football Operations team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. The Women's Leagues Administrator will support the operational delivery of the FA Women's National League, including fixture and registration support, league discipline, arranging suppliers, delivering league meetings and cup finals, and managing enquiries from the 72 clubs.


What will you be doing?

1. Assist with the administration of the FA Women's National League.
2. Support the Women's Leagues Officer with player registrations on the Platform For Football and fixture management through Full Time.
3. Provide match day guidance support to ensure clubs complete fixtures according to league requirements.
4. Monitor club compliance with league rules, conducting regular checks of clubs' activities.
5. Manage league data, including access to the FA WNL Club Hub and contact lists.
6. Provide weekend cover during FA WNL match weekends.
7. Respond to club enquiries on topics like fixtures, registrations, referees, and facilities.
8. Manage purchase orders via Proactis.
9. Support at events such as cup finals and club meetings.
10. Assist the Women's Football Pyramid Team with administrative tasks as needed.
11. Perform additional tasks to meet FA priorities.
12. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and well-being policies.
13. Complete a DBS check as part of our commitment to a safe environment.

Qualifications and Skills

* Passion for women's football.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Experience in office administration and supporting busy teams.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail and proactive planning.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational skills and event management experience is beneficial.
