Job Description
As a Chef De Partie you will...
As well as having excellent presentation, communication, and management skills, you will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and possess bags of enthusiasm.
* Ideally have some knowledege of contract catering and up to date trends
* Have a real passion for food and customer service
* Have good Health & Safety knowledge
* Be able to work within set budgets
* Confident in running a section and keeping track of orders
* Have a good understanding of stock rotation
* Work in a clean and tidy manner
