The Opportunity: Training Administrator
Contract: Permanent
Location: Irvine, Scotland – Office Based (Training Plus)
Salary: £26,750 + Commission (OTE £30,000)

The Impact you will have:
1. Sourcing and providing quotes for training requirements and converting to sales
2. Interfacing daily with customers requiring health & safety training bookings
3. Upselling training courses and focusing on new business development
4. Using CRM management system to log all details and process training bookings
What will help you to excel in this role:
1. Experience with Microsoft Office packages
2. Proven sales background with strong administrative and communication skills
3. Strong negotiation skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet quick deadlines, and multitask
