What you will be doing: Oversee the full operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow and completion of daily tasks. Organise, process and dispatch outbound shipments within agreed SLAs. Ensure all goods in activities are handled accurately and efficiently including monitoring processes, stock checks and system updates. Provide direct support to Warehouse supervisors, escalate challenges and provide solutions to senior management. Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute improvements to processes and systems.
