Builder - IND1
TXM Recruit are looking for an experienced Builder / External Maintenance operative to work for a leading retail maintenance team on a12-week temp to permscheme.
* Location -
* Salary –£30,000 - £34,000 DOE
* Hours- 6am to 3pm - Monday to Friday (Can be flexed for childcare etc)
* Weekends- 1-in-4 weekend shift (1.25x rate for Sunday)
* Overtime -Overtime is there at 1.5x
As a Builder yourdutieswill be, butnot limitedto:
* Repair work externally, fences, brick walls, drain covers, bollards, paving, window replacements
* Repair work internally, replacing door frames, ripping out toilets or basins, fixing broken cages or racking, tiling, minor floor laying
* General maintenance tasks, carpentry, plumbing etc
There will be daily duties to ensure the tablet is updated, this may be reporting issues, H&S notes or sending emails. Technology will be used in the form of a PDA Tablet and Company provided Smartphone.
