As Consumer Insights Manager, you will be the driving force behind consumer understanding within John West. You’ll translate data into powerful brand and category insights, shaping strategy and sparking fresh ideas across marketing, innovation, and commercial teams.

This role reports into Strategic Insights Director, with a dotted line to the Senior Marketing Director, John West Foods.

Main purpose of the role:
Consumer Insights
* Own and lead consumer insights across the John West markets
* Translate data and trends into meaningful, actionable insights that inform brand and business growth
Third-Party Research Management
* Select, brief, and manage relationships with research and data providers to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across all John West markets
* Oversee both continuous and ad hoc research projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities
Local Insights Development
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of local research projects while contributing to global initiatives
* Ensure consumer centricity across all innovation, renovation, and activation projects
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with Marketing and Innovation teams to translate consumer behaviours into actionable insights contributing to brand, product, and experience excellence
