The successful candidate will be assisting with feeding at lunchtime and playground supervision. The ideal candidate for these positions will have: a passion for supporting children and young people; good communication skills; enthusiasm, commitment, reliability and a willingness to learn Work using own initiative, and as part of a team Support the varied, complex needs of our children and pupils Communicate clearly and effectively with pupils and colleagues Take ownership of tasks Work flexibly to meet the needs of the school This role will ideally suit people who wish to work in a vibrant SEND environment.
