We're working with a forward-thinking college in Gloucestershire that is seeking an enthusiastic Employment Coach to support learners on T Level programmes, specifically within the Digital sector. The Role: You’ll play a vital part in supporting students on their T Level qualification journey by: Organising high-quality work placements with local employers Helping learners develop essential employability skills Building strong employer partnerships Ensuring that students complete their required placement hours successfully Focusing particularly on the Digital T Level pathway This is a chance to make a real impact on student success by connecting education with industry in a meaningful way. About You: We’re looking for someone who has: A proven ability to build positive relationships with employers and organisations Experience supporting or working with young people aged 16–18 A good understanding of T Level programmes (or a willingness to learn) Strong Level 2 Maths and English skills Experience working within educational settings or employability support will be a significant advantage.
