Location: UK Role Type: Hybrid, occasional travel to London
Salary: £85,000 + benefits
A leading global infrastructure and engineering organisation is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager to support major Data centre projects and commercial strategy across the EMEA region. This is a senior commercial role partnering with leadership across sales, operations and finance, with responsibility for negotiating complex contracts, supporting major bids, and ensuring strong commercial governance across high-value programmes. A critical requirement for this role is strong experience working with FIDIC contracts, including negotiation, interpretation and commercial risk management.
Responsibilities
* Lead commercial negotiations on major contracts, bids and re-tenders
* Provide commercial oversight across complex infrastructure programmes
* Manage contractual risk and governance across the EMEA portfolio
* Act as a senior commercial advisor to operational and sales teams
* Support delivery teams in managing FIDIC-based contractual frameworks
