What youll be responsible for:
In this role, you’ll champion the Voice of the Consumer, ensuring our teams stay connected to evolving shopper behaviours, needs and motivations. You’ll analyse a wide range of data sources, including consumer, shopper and market data, to uncover actionable insights that influence our brand, category and commercial teams.
You’ll support regular market performance updates, build compelling insight narratives, maintain dashboards, and evaluate the impact of shopper marketing activity across our key retail accounts. Managing quantitative and qualitative research projects, you’ll also work closely with external agencies to ensure high‑quality data and strong value for the business.
This role is highly collaborative, requiring strong relationship‑building skills and the confidence to present insights and recommendations to internal teams and retailers.
This position will be based from our Leeds office circa 2–3 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely when required.
What experience youll need to have:
* Hold an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or another related field
* Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methods
* Ability to analyse and interpret complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to tell compelling stories with data
* Presentable numeric and analytical capability, including Excel, PowerPoint and data tools
* Experience within a research/data agency and familiarity with data tools such as Kantar, Circana, etc. (preferred)
