Role Profile: Hire Controller Purpose: Support Hire Desk Team with hiring / off hiring plant and equipment to customers Reporting to: Depot Manager Responsibilities: What you’ll do • Hiring / off hiring plant / equip to our customers. • Help and advise Hire Negotiators with pricing and spec information • Ensuring quotes are raised for every enquiry. • Re-Charges to be managed. • Hire Desk Revenue Reports • Detailed Customer Reports • Ensuring the correct information is provided every time • Responding / resolving any hire related customer queries • Liaising with both the Service dept and Transport dept on a daily basis Success enablers: What qualities and skills you’ll bring • Team Player • Drive, organised and focused individual • Exceptional organisational skills and able to meet strict deadlines • Attention to detail Qualifications and experience: Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most • computer literacy (training will be provided) • Basic knowledge of Heavy Plant (essential)
