Office Manager – Healthcare Services
Hilton, Derbyshire
£31,200 per year (£15 per hour) + overtime opportunities
9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional out-of-hours on-call (rota)
Bloods & Beyond Ltd. is expanding We're a nationwide provider of mobile and pop-up phlebotomy services, supporting leading laboratories, healthcare providers, and private clients. With over 150 phlebotomists across the UK, our Hilton office team is at the heart of keeping everything running smoothly.
We're looking for an Office Manager with GP reception, practice management, or healthcare admin experience to join our team as we grow.
What you'll do
* Support clients, labs, and phlebotomists with day-to-day queries.
* Manage appointment systems and office processes.
* Order and distribute stock, and arrange sharps bin collections.
* Help maintain compliance records and support onboarding.
* Share responsibility with the team for on-call duties.
What we're looking for
* Background in GP reception, practice management, or healthcare admin.
* Strong organisation and communication skills.
* IT confident (Microsoft 365).
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
