Responsibilities
* Making / taking calls to facilitate payment of outstanding arrears
* Resolving sometimes complex queries relating to credit, debt and ledgers
* Collecting aged debt, and taking steps to proactively reduce debt in its early stages
* Responding to calls in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
* More than 2 years’ experience as a Credit Controller
* Experience using SAGE and Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
* Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication skills
* A strong focus with the ability to effectively prioritise in a busy environment
* This is purely a Credit Control role so requires experience in volume cash collection calls
* You’ll need to be organised, focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced business
* Ideally, we are looking for someone who can drive to our offices with their own transport.

* No weekend or evening working – great hours Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week)
