Drive Motor Retail is seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to join our Aftersales team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation and enjoys engaging with customers over the phone.
As a Service Administrator, you will play a crucial support role, assisting the Service Advisors by handling the administrative side of their responsibilities. You will be responsible for pre-calls and update calls to customers, ensuring they receive a smooth, efficient, and informed service experience.

* Working Hours:Flexible part-time schedule, starting at 10am and finishing at 3pm or alternatively starting at 9am and finishing at 2pm. 30 Minutes Lunch break included.

Key Responsibilities:
* Make pre-calls to customers to confirm appointments and address any initial questions
* Conduct update calls to keep customers informed about their vehicle’s service progress
* Organize and book vehicle services, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently
* Support Service Advisors by handling administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
* Ensure high standards of communication and professionalism to enhance the customer experience
* Collaborate with the Aftersales team to achieve department objectives
